Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end SG&A agenda, including personnel and non-personnel expense management, cost trend spotting, risk management, and bottom-line improvement opportunities.
  • •Directly manage and mentor two specialists (SG&A lead and Consolidation/FCF specialist) to ensure accurate, timely, insightful reporting.
  • •Oversee technical consolidation of brand financials, following group guidelines and implementing heatmaps for accurate high-level figures.
  • •Drive FCF reporting excellence and develop advanced dashboards for local, regional, and management teams with reliable data accuracy.
  • •Standardize and govern financial policies (including FTE tracking and intercompany invoicing) and build complex financial models to support executive decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •8+ years in Controlling or FP&A, with significant experience leading teams.
  • •Proven expertise in SG&A controlling, financial consolidation, or FCF reporting.
  • •Ability to translate complex financial data into a clear narrative for senior management.
  • •Expert in Excel; OneStream or Anaplan experience is a plus.
