Job Summary

Lead regional SG&A controlling, Free Cash Flow (FCF) reporting, and technical consolidation across foodora, foodpanda, and Yemeksepeti. Manage two direct reports and build scalable reporting dashboards and automated workflows that deliver accurate, timely insights to local, regional, and management teams. Partner closely with Regional Finance, Country Leaders, and People & Culture to align headcount and personnel cost strategies with business growth while standardizing financial policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end SG&A agenda, including personnel and non-personnel expense management, cost trend spotting, risk management, and bottom-line improvement opportunities.
•Directly manage and mentor two specialists (SG&A lead and Consolidation/FCF specialist) to ensure accurate, timely, insightful reporting.
•Oversee technical consolidation of brand financials, following group guidelines and implementing heatmaps for accurate high-level figures.
•Drive FCF reporting excellence and develop advanced dashboards for local, regional, and management teams with reliable data accuracy.
•Standardize and govern financial policies (including FTE tracking and intercompany invoicing) and build complex financial models to support executive decision-making.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
•8+ years in Controlling or FP&A, with significant experience leading teams.
•Proven expertise in SG&A controlling, financial consolidation, or FCF reporting.
•Ability to translate complex financial data into a clear narrative for senior management.
•Expert in Excel; OneStream or Anaplan experience is a plus.
