Develop long-term relationships with building owners and grow Trane’s commercial HVAC service accounts. Identify and qualify opportunities early, use consultative selling to pursue new business, and help customers build business cases and validate outcomes. Manage customer timelines for selling, renewals, and expansions, troubleshoot product/service challenges, and collaborate with sales teams to support and promote company offerings. Work primarily in the office while engaging customers locally.

•Available for local travel and hold a valid driver license with no major or frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years.
