Key Requirements

  • •Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing if the Clinical Facilitator role is within a specialist unit (e.g., Perioperative Nursing) and a certificate of competence in Generic Assessment (Assessor course).
  • •3 years of Professional Nurse experience in a hospital.
  • •1 year of mentor experience.
  • •Knowledge of relevant legislation, infection prevention and control, nursing procedures/policies, and clinical risk management.
