Job Summary

Own end-to-end solution design, implementation, and governance for the SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) platform, acting as the SME for global trade processes. Translate import/export compliance, customs management, and trade preference requirements into a scalable SAP GTS solution, integrating with SAP S/4HANA (or ECC) SD/MM/FI modules and third-party systems. Lead full-cycle projects, build blueprints and design docs, and provide governance and escalation support.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP GTS modules, including compliance management, customs management, and preference management.
•Develop and maintain the SAP GTS solution roadmap aligned to business goals and IT strategy.
•Create solution blueprints, functional specifications, and technical design documents.
•Lead technical and functional teams through full-cycle SAP GTS implementations, upgrades, and rollouts, including configuration, WRICEF development, and testing.
•Architect and manage integration of SAP GTS with SAP S/4HANA or ECC (SD, MM, FI) and external parties (customs authorities, brokers, freight forwarders) using EDI/B2B/middleware such as SAP CPI.

Key Requirements

•9+ years of SAP experience with 5-7 years hands-on experience in SAP GTS.
•Configure and implement major SAP GTS Functionalities in the Custom module (e.g., Inbound, Outbound, Intrastat, Reconciliation).
•Multiple full life-cycle SAP GTS implementation experiences, preferably in a lead architect role.
•Deep understanding of GTS integration points with SAP S/4HANA (or SAP ECC) SD, MM, and FICO modules.
•Knowledge of global trade regulations and compliance processes (e.g., export controls, customs valuation, rules of origin).
