Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end UX and visual design lifecycle, including research, user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, and maintaining design systems.
  • •Design AI/ML and computer vision user experiences for workflows such as visual data annotation platforms, spatial dashboards, and diagnostic interfaces.
  • •Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and usability testing with domain experts, engineers, and end-users.
  • •Define, govern, and scale tokenized, accessible design systems and component libraries across lab applications.
  • •Collaborate with Product Managers, Machine Learning Engineers, and Full-Stack Developers to ensure design feasibility, technical alignment, and smooth delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end product design, UX research, and interaction design for complex enterprise or AI tool interfaces.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •Must hold at least one recognized professional UI/UX design certification (e.g., NN/g UX Master / Certified, Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF), Google UX Design Professional Certificate, or HCI Certification).
  • •Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Principle, ProtoPie, or Framer.
  • •Working understanding of web technologies (HTML5, CSS/Tailwind, and component-based frameworks like React or Vue) to support developer handoff.
