Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day North America DAM operations, ensuring digital assets and content are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with global standards and SLAs.
  • •Oversee DAM workflows and system usage; establish and maintain content governance, quality/compliance standards, and best practices.
  • •Coordinate with creative operations, agencies, and cross-functional teams to resolve workflow or asset issues and address bottlenecks and risks.
  • •Provide operational leadership across assigned account workstreams, managing risks/escalations, ensuring delivery timelines, and supporting appropriate resources and operating models.
  • •Own regional reporting and drive continuous improvement by translating operational data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS required with 5–7 years of experience in Operations or Project Management, marketing operations and technology, digital commerce and/or creative technologies or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing agency or consulting role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience leading day-to-day operational delivery with a focus on governance, quality assurance, and system/process adoption.
