Job Summary

Manage and administer IBKR’s Source-to-Pay (S2P) systems to maximize procurement and vendor management effectiveness. Configure and maintain platform integrations, handle end-user provisioning and training, and triage support and enhancement requests. Build and monitor dashboards/KPIs, analyze usage and issue trends to drive improvements, and lead change management for releases and process updates. Partner with procurement stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support adoption and documentation.

•Support automation initiatives and perform scheduled maintenance for the S2P platform and data elements.

•Own reporting: manage monthly/quarterly dashboards, monitor tool usage, and report procurement technology KPIs.
•Drive change management and adoption by communicating capabilities, gathering business requirements, and coordinating with stakeholders on system/business object updates.
