Operations Supervisor-Satellite Music Hall

Oversee day-of-show operations at Satellite Music Hall by working with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor to handle guest needs, elevated concerns, and service standards. Lead pre-shift meetings, maintain line-of-sight and back-of-house security, and ensure responsible alcohol service. Support guest services through communication with teams, manage incident reporting and ejection logs, and assist with resolving issues—escalating to management when needed.
