Logistics Planner

Plan and coordinate shipping activities under the Logistics Coordinator, scheduling loads based on booking instructions and customer/sales requests. Serve as a point of contact for delivery appointments, inbound/outbound shipment coordination, dispatch reporting, and daily invoicing. Manage inventory checks, driver pickup/delivery direction, and long-haul scheduling, while entering freight costs into SAP, negotiating freight rates, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and Ontario health and safety requirements.
