•Equip Relationship Managers with tools, training, and insights to deliver high-quality investment advice and improve book quality.
•Serve as a trusted advisor in high-value client interactions by delivering tailored investment proposals and explaining risk and return.
•Monitor regulatory developments, ensure compliance, implement risk controls, and use performance analytics and market intelligence to optimize outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 30,000 - 40,000 monthly

•Deep understanding of investment products (Mutual Funds, ETFs, Bonds, Equities) and financial markets/portfolio management principles.
