Key Responsibilities

  • •Support UK and Irish clients across telephone, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels with personalised assistance.
  • •Take ownership of client enquiries, ensuring careful, efficient handling from initial contact through resolution.
  • •Build client relationships through trusted advisory support, expert guidance, and product knowledge.
  • •Generate sales opportunities and strengthen client loyalty through authentic, tailored engagement.
  • •Handle orders and after-sales processes accurately (reservations, deliveries, returns, exchanges) and coordinate with stores and internal teams for seamless service.
