Production Supervisor

Oversee assigned production areas in a second-shift role at the Chanhassen, MN facility, leading day-to-day operations to meet production goals. Ensure a safe, compliant workplace and drive accountability for schedule, quality, and safety performance. Support staffing by participating in interviews and recommending candidates. Coach and mentor employees, manage employee relations, and communicate team goals and updates to foster a high-performing work environment.
