Own end-to-end operations for a life sciences research lab, ensuring day-to-day readiness through procurement, inventory, safety, equipment scheduling, consumables, and space organization. Build and scale operational systems like procurement workflows, sample tracking, maintenance/calibration schedules, onboarding, and SOPs. Manage facilities and coordinate buildouts and installs, run the operating budget with forecasting support, and lead vendor/supplier relationships to keep research running smoothly as the team grows.
