•Identify HR-related business needs and work with HR experts to develop and implement HR processes and initiatives.
•Support and enable HR aspects within complex change-management projects.

Key Requirements

•Several years of experience in at least one HR expert area (e.g., recruiting, learning & development, compensation & benefits), ideally in an international environment.
•Fluent English and German (written and spoken).
