Seismic Senior Project Manager- Refinery Construction

Lead and manage delivery of a large-scale oil & gas refinery upgrade, coordinating architects, engineers, and suppliers to keep projects compliant and on schedule. Monitor multiple construction workstreams, track critical milestones, and manage governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Provide technical support, rapid RFI response, and guidance on cost control, value engineering, and constructability while overseeing local design teams and interface management.
