Job Summary

Own Conveo’s virtual events channel by building and running a webinar programme from scratch, including calendar planning, end-to-end production, and coordination with Marketing and Sales for nurture integration and qualified follow-ups. Manage sponsored virtual events, create scalable playbooks, and measure pipeline impact (registrations, attendance, MQLs, deals). Also support intimate executive roundtables and roundtable dinners to deepen enterprise relationships, all with a hospitality-level mindset.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and run Conveo’s webinar programme: calendar design, end-to-end production, and post-event follow-ups.
•Partner with Marketing to integrate webinars into nurture sequences and campaign calendars, and repurpose content.
•Partner with Sales to target the right accounts and ensure high-quality attendee follow-up.
•Manage sponsored virtual events end-to-end and report ROI with the same standard as owned events.
•Run intimate client events (roundtable dinners/executive events) from brief to close, including coordination and on-the-night execution.

•5+ years running virtual events end-to-end with direct ownership of strategy and execution.
•Track record building and scaling a webinar programme, not just executing individual events.
•Strong understanding of how virtual events drive lead engagement, pipeline, and commercial outcomes.
•Producer instincts for creating webinars that hold attention from registration to follow-up.
•Proficient with Zoom Webinars or Zoom Events and experienced using Asana (or similar) to run multiple events in parallel.
