Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop strategies to improve FOAK equipment maturity for hardware.
  • •Develop 5+ year hardware roadmaps for post-probe wafer and die processing.
  • •Build and optimize wafer and assembly equipment to meet physical and electrical requirements.
  • •Optimize equipment to reduce cost and improve availability and hardware/process capability.
  • •Collaborate on innovative solutions, conduct root cause/failure mode analysis, and support equipment transfer (with some domestic or international travel as required).
