Lead Preschool Teacher

Lead a mixed-age Montessori preschool classroom for children ages 3–6, guiding their academic, social, and emotional development through observation, individualized lessons, and intentional language. Prepare and maintain an orderly, beautiful prepared environment that supports concentration, independence, and hands-on learning across practical life, literacy, and math. Build strong relationships with children and families, and communicate with parents to support each child’s growth.
