Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and manage manufacturing project schedules, cost performance, and risk using EVM principles.
  • •Drive production performance to meet delivery milestones and budget targets.
  • •Lead introduction of new parts and product upgrades into manufacturing, ensuring readiness across materials, tooling, and resources.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program teams to resolve issues and deliver integrated solutions.
  • •Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a manufacturing, production, engineering, or trade-based environment, including leading and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • •Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, influencing outcomes across business functions.
  • •Demonstrated ability to drive delivery, manage competing priorities, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Experience with project management and project controls, including EVM (Earned Value Management), LCM and/or MS Project (highly regarded).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on operational performance and business improvement.
