Foreperson

Lead and manage a solar installation crew of three to six, providing hands-on technical expertise for residential and small commercial projects. You’ll organize, train, and coordinate daily construction workflow, maintain project documentation, and ensure safety, quality, productivity, and strong customer service. Partner with branch coworkers, analyze and resolve crew issues, provide feedback to management, and perform service calls when needed—serving as an acting supervisor/manager in the absence of leadership.
