Job Summary

Partner with the business to drive performance through high-quality plans, outlooks, and options analysis for Samsung’s TSE-S Consumer Electronics activities in Thailand. Coordinate monthly performance reporting for the Audio Visual division, analyze channel and marketing spending, and support demand/SCM and business planning updates. Lead business case and financial analysis for innovations projects, including product pricing support and ROI-focused measurement and evaluation (M&E).

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a business partner by developing high-quality plans and outlooks, analyzing performance vs plans, and identifying risks/opportunities.
•Coordinate and analyze monthly performance reporting for the Audio Visual division and support reviews with commercial management.
•Analyze channel performance (MT, dealers, on-line, B2B), track gross sales/sales deductions/net revenue vs target, and update channel P&L outlooks and annual operating plans.
•Support marketing planning and outlook projection (ATL, BTL, RM) by analyzing marketing spending performance and updating integrated brand marketing plans.
•Develop and manage measurement and evaluation (M&E) processes and run business case analysis for innovations projects to assess financial viability and support submissions/approvals.

Key Requirements

•Solid technical/functional knowledge in Finance and Accounting.
•BBA and a Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting from a reputable university.
•Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Commercial Finance, preferably FMCG exposure.
•Experience with budget/forecast processes and variance analysis.
•Experience in business case and project analysis, including evaluating trade/marketing spend and channel/product P&L performance.
