Key Responsibilities

  • •Read and follow production schedules to execute daily plans.
  • •Set up, operate, and adjust veg mix equipment to meet product specifications.
  • •Open, inspect, and prepare toted products for blending; operate related equipment used in the process.
  • •Mix vegetables in required proportions during startup, production, changeovers, and shutdown while maintaining product flow.
  • •Monitor ingredient temperatures, ensure packaging/material availability, stop production and report deviations, and maintain housekeeping and cleaning/sanitation standards.

Key Requirements
