Job Summary

Architect and optimize data pipelines and transformation models that power product analytics and e-commerce eventing. Build scalable, reliable data sources enabling trusted datasets for tracking user behavior, purchase funnels, and core commerce metrics. Partner with product and business stakeholders to improve visibility into engagement, enrollment patterns, and e-commerce performance while providing technical leadership and mentorship for junior analytics engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect and optimize data pipelines and models that power product analytics with emphasis on e-commerce eventing.
•Build scalable, reliable data sources enabling advanced analytics for user behavior, purchase funnels, and core e-commerce metrics.
•Ensure data integrity by cleansing and verifying data, enhancing data sources when required.
•Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to deliver trusted, actionable datasets that improve visibility into engagement, enrollment, and commerce performance.
•Lead and mentor junior analytics engineers; provide technical guidance on data architecture and project direction.

Key Requirements

•5-7+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, business intelligence, or similar technical fields.
•Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a mathematical/analytical field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
•Advanced understanding of SQL with strong coding practices and ability to upskill/support others.
•Advanced understanding of Python and solid proficiency in building data pipelines with DBT.
•Experience building complex data models and working with a reporting tool such as Tableau.
