Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain long-range and five-year plans for analyzer systems, including preventive maintenance optimization.
  • •Identify analyzer obsolescence needs and support replacement justification and management.
  • •Serve as analyzer engineering representative/technical sponsor for capital and expense projects, including conceptual scopes and analyzer engineering packages/approvals.
  • •Participate in, witness, and technically accept Factory Acceptance Testing for new analyzer systems; define acceptance criteria for commissioning, startup, validation, and performance monitoring.
  • •Provide analyzer reliability support to asset teams through troubleshooting, incident investigations, reliability metrics ownership, and defect removal for analyzer bad actors.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 8 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or related preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of process analyzers, sample systems, instrumentation, or manufacturing reliability.
  • •Working knowledge of Management of Change (MOC) requirements in a chemical manufacturing or similar industrial environment, including ability to obtain and maintain MOC sponsor qualification.
  • •Experience supporting analyzer lifecycle management, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement efforts in industrial environments.
