Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders (architects, engineers, and supply chains) to deliver compliant construction projects.
  • •Track critical milestones to prevent schedule slips, and forecast/update key milestones and budgets.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and other required reporting; independently review status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs.
  • •Manage the interface between suppliers using monthly trackers and weekly reviews, and manage project communications through meetings and written updates.
  • •Review and manage submittal and RFI logs; provide guidance on cost control, value engineering, and constructability.

Salary: USD 100,000 - 135,000 annually

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction.
