Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as IAM subject matter expert and trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders.
  • •Lead development and rollout of IAM strategy, governance frameworks, and IAM target operating models.
  • •Perform IAM assessments and maturity evaluations, and define implementation approaches for target operating models.
  • •Design and deliver scalable, compliant IAM processes in collaboration with technical architects and security teams.
  • •Drive governance alignment, change management, and communications, including audit remediation and evidence preparation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • •Over 4–5 years of proven experience in technology, with a background in consultancy, software development, or cybersecurity.
  • •Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT.
  • •Foundational understanding of IAM concepts including provisioning, authentication, RBAC, and PAM.
  • •Fluency in English and strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
