Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate finishing machines including Kolbus perfect binders, Muller Martini saddle stitchers, folding/sewing equipment, Wholemberg gathering machines, and cutting machines.
  • •Configure automatic die cutting, foiling, embossing, Brausee folder gluer, and bag fabrication (Champion) machines based on job specs and material type.
  • •Monitor output for binding strength, stitching accuracy, fold precision, and cutting alignment.
  • •Perform visual and manual checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • •Perform routine cleaning, follow preventive maintenance, and escalate mechanical issues or misfeeds to the foreman/maintenance team.
