Build and evolve resilient infrastructure for Netflix member-facing streaming services, partnering with engineering teams to ensure end-to-end reliability at global scale. •Partner with engineering and product teams to embed reliability and observability across the full software development lifecycle.
•Build and improve automated processes for deployment, monitoring, capacity management, and incident response for repeatable operations.
•Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations and lead incident response through triage, mitigation, and systemic follow-ups to prevent repeats.

•Deep understanding of large-scale distributed systems, common failure modes, and designing for resilience and graceful degradation.
•Strong observability, performance tuning, and incident management skills using metrics, logs, and traces.
