Job Summary

Own legal program implementation across privacy and responsible AI governance. Partner with privacy leadership and counselors to maintain privacy commitments, manage compliance for GDPR/CCPA and medical privacy laws, and support vendor privacy reviews. Stand up AI governance processes, workflows, and documentation, including an inventory of AI systems and use cases. Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Public Policy to translate evolving regulations into practical updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Run and refine the privacy program in coordination with Legal, Product, and Engineering.
•Manage compliance with privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, and medical privacy), including data maps and records of processing activities.
•Conduct initial privacy risk reviews for new initiatives and coordinate reviews requiring upper-level input.
•Stand up and operate the AI governance program, including processes, workflows, and documentation for responsible AI use.
•Monitor evolving AI regulations and coordinate cross-functional implementation of strategic legal initiatives with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Public Policy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

•Familiarity with AI governance frameworks or emerging AI regulation (a plus).
