Key Responsibilities

  • •Run and refine the privacy program in coordination with Legal, Product, and Engineering.
  • •Manage compliance with privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, and medical privacy), including data maps and records of processing activities.
  • •Conduct initial privacy risk reviews for new initiatives and coordinate reviews requiring upper-level input.
  • •Stand up and operate the AI governance program, including processes, workflows, and documentation for responsible AI use.
  • •Monitor evolving AI regulations and coordinate cross-functional implementation of strategic legal initiatives with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Public Policy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
