Job Summary

Define and execute positioning, messaging, and value propositions for Adobe Firefly for creative professionals. Lead launch planning and post-launch optimization across awareness through retention, translating complex AI capabilities into clear customer value. Partner with PMM teams, channel owners, and cross-functional partners to connect Firefly’s capabilities to key moments for designers, video editors, photographers, and other creatives, while mentoring a small PMM team.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Firefly positioning, messaging, and value propositions for creative professional segments, translating AI capabilities into customer value.
•Partner with inbound PMM teams to turn customer insights and use cases into outbound Firefly marketing strategy for Creative Cloud desktop app users.
•Own Firefly marketing strategy for creative professionals across awareness, discovery, usage, and retention in close partnership with channel owners.
•Orchestrate unified launch plans, write creative briefs, and maintain oversight of channel execution across social, Adobe.com, email, and paid channels.
•Develop and own post-launch optimization strategies informed by usage data to accelerate adoption and connect marketing strategy to engagement outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 156,200 - 226,250 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related field driving strategy and execution for innovative products.
•Deep passion for new technologies, creative products, and the creative industry, with strong knowledge of the GenAI landscape.
•End-to-end PMM skills including positioning, messaging, launch, and post-launch optimization.
•Proven ability to develop evergreen product positioning that translates technical capability into customer value and drives engagement and adoption.
•Experience launching AI or other technically complex products in fast-evolving competitive markets.
