Supervisor, Heatshield Materials Management (Starship)

Lead day-to-day materials management for Starbase’s Thermal Heatshield team, overseeing receipt, distribution, and issuance of rocket-critical materials. Manage logistics and inventory processes, set and track metric goals for production coordinator and inventory teams, and run safety walkthroughs and audits. Partner cross-functionally with Shipping, Receiving, Quality Control, Transportation, Planning, and Purchasing to resolve material flow issues while driving continuous improvement, on-time delivery, and customer expectations.
