Key Responsibilities

•Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation of next-generation storage and backup systems on and off premise.
•Collaborate with government technical leads, storage vendors, and cloud providers to evaluate emerging storage technologies.
•Develop and maintain the storage demonstration environment in the designated test lab and execute test plans for storage and backup solutions.
•Provide Tier 3/4 support for storage and backup platforms, including root cause analysis and recommendations for improvements.
•Conduct storage-focused system security engineering and install, monitor, and optimize storage solutions to achieve Authorize to Operate (ATO).

Salary: USD 142,792 - 190,523 annually

•Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
•Meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements (e.g., Security+ CE, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, etc.).
•Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, or 12+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree.
•Minimum 8 years of DoD or equivalent systems engineering experience.
•Expertise with enterprise storage and backup platforms and hyper-converged solutions, plus full lifecycle SAN administration and capacity planning.
