Job Summary

Own North America (US and Canada) long-term strategic planning to optimize supply chain and fulfillment. Build and launch a structured monthly S&OP process for the US, improve and standardize Canada’s S&OP, and serve as the NA planning representative during the transition from manual tools to an Advanced Planning System. Lead cross-functional risk resolution for network, inventory, labor, and service-level impacts, defining KPIs and supporting tooling strategy decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and launch a structured monthly S&OP process for the US, facilitating review meetings, surfacing demand/supply misalignments, and escalating decisions to senior leadership.
•Own the 16–52 week end-to-end long-term planning view and collaborate with Network, Demand, Fulfillment, and Supply Planning teams to assess risks.
•Set up a framework for long-term network strategy alignment across US and Canada, including volume allocation and distribution center perspective.
•Act as the primary cross-functional liaison to resolve long-range constraints and translate planning impacts into P&L outcomes (inventory, cost, service levels).
•Partner on long-term planning KPIs and support planning tooling strategy (build vs. buy), including requirements and business case drafting to move off manual spreadsheets.

Salary: CAD 110,600 - 118,000

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, Network/Operations Strategy, or related cross-functional roles between strategy and operations.
•Strong experience facilitating S&OP/IBP cycles, including executive presentations and conflict resolution.
•Excellent quantitative and analytical skills to gather, organize, analyze, visualize, and present data for decision-making.
•Experience implementing, managing, or working with Advanced Planning Systems (APS) (e.g., OMP, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, Kinaxis) and supporting build vs. buy decisions.
•Proficiency in spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with preference for automation capability within spreadsheets.
