•Conduct proactive consultative sales conversations to understand clients’ financial priorities and recommend banking solutions, including deposits, loans, and lines of credit.
•Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, including opening deposit accounts and taking loan applications.
•Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients’ short- and long-term goals, deepening satisfaction and loyalty.
•Make referrals to partners such as mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking when additional products are needed.
•Support client experience and operational needs by assisting the teller line, resolving client issues, attending training, and assisting with on-the-job training and audit controls.

Key Requirements
