Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop customers and nurture professional relationships.
  • •Create building designs and highly detailed drawings, ensuring alignment with the project brief and client requirements.
  • •Deliver concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documents on time, including receiving and reviewing design deliverables for each stage.
  • •Coordinate with construction professionals and cross-functional teams to address feasibility factors, constructability, and budget adherence.
  • •Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution per company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong design skills and knowledge of building and construction, with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • •Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills; membership of a professional architectural association (RIBA or AIA) is preferred.
