Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the successful delivery of complex MEP scope from inception through completion for nationally significant projects.
  • •Manage overall project costs, schedules, and budgets to maintain financial discipline and value for money.
  • •Lead and coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, and directly contracted consultants, ensuring transparent communication.
  • •Analyse and manage critical milestones, dependencies, and project risks to prevent schedule slippage and address challenges.
  • •Oversee MEP design, installation, and commissioning compliance; review/approve technical documentation and BIM data, and support/mentor the project team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
  • •Experience in project management focused on managing MEP or building services projects.
  • •Proven expertise managing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • •Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building services, and construction methodologies, including contract management and vendor/consultant coordination.
  • •Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
