Job Summary

Build and deploy production-grade machine learning systems for threat detection and security analysis within the Dragos platform. Collaborate with Data Engineers, product teams, and OT detection experts to develop ML model architectures for ICS/xOT cybersecurity, create data pipelines and ML workflows, and operationalize models with observability, monitoring, and MLOps practices. Optimize performance in real cloud and resource-constrained on-prem environments and contribute to ML infrastructure improvements using containerized deployments.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement production-grade machine learning systems for both cloud and resource-constrained on-premises environments.
•Build and optimize ML model architectures for ICS/xOT cybersecurity use cases including threat detection and anomaly detection.
•Develop robust data pipelines and ML workflows supporting real-time and batch processing.
•Collaborate with OT detection experts and Data Engineers to translate prototypes into scalable systems and establish data contracts and observability frameworks.
•Improve ML infrastructure with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployment strategies (Kubernetes, Docker).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000

Key Requirements

•6+ years of engineering experience with at least 4 years focused on machine learning implementations in production environments.
•Strong software engineering foundation with expertise in Python and SQL, plus experience with at least one additional language (Go, Rust, Java, or JVM-family).
•Experience building and deploying ML systems using modern frameworks and libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, or similar).
•Experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or advanced NLP techniques is beneficial.
•Experience with MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, pipeline orchestration, and deployment in high-reliability environments.
