Lead and coordinate the Maintenance General team at Castets site to ensure reliable, well-maintained production equipment and energy systems. Manage preventive, corrective and improvement activities in line with the production plan, budget, and QHSE rules, driving continuous improvement and delivering safe, efficient operations in a manufacturing environment.
