Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Account Executives to execute pre-sales activities including opportunity qualification, demonstrations, Proof-of-Concept, RFP, design documentation, technical presentations and enablement sessions
•Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to understand needs and challenges, and demonstrate Twilio capabilities to address them
•Build and present powerful, complex presentations and product demos showcasing Twilio Communications products
•Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, introducing innovative solutions and architectures that catalyze innovation
•Contribute to the Solutions Engineering community by creating reusable demonstration materials and presentations

•Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience

•Experience communicating ROI of products across multiple use cases to customers
•Demonstrates exceptional technical proficiency and thought leadership, contributing to team strategy
•Excellent written and verbal communication, able to influence across organizational levels
