Job Summary

Analyze and underwrite FHA Lean real estate applications for the FHA Healthcare Underwriting Team, partnering with LEAN Underwriters, closers, and originators. Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of FHA healthcare transactions and determine deal feasibility under HUD rules. Prepare underwriting deliverables in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, assemble HUD pre-application and firm packages, complete required HUD forms, and identify/document transaction risks to support portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of FHA Healthcare transactions and support the underwriting team.
•Analyze deals with underwriters and originators to determine financial feasibility under HUD rules prior to client application submission.
•Prepare deliverables in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, including financial analysis, narrative summaries, corporate reviews, and organizational charts.
•Collect and organize exhibits for HUD pre-application and firm application packages, and complete required HUD forms.
•Identify, assess, document, and escalate transaction risks to support credit approval and portfolio risk management.

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or Real Estate.
•2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, real estate, investment banking, or consulting (including real estate finance).
•High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with experience working with complex spreadsheets.
•Strong quantitative and analytical skills to interpret financial data from multiple systems.
•Ability to synthesize and analyze large data sets and communicate relevant findings with high attention to detail.
