Relationship Banker or Senior Relationship Banker West Poinsett *Saturday Required*

Provide an industry-leading in-branch and phone client service experience by building and expanding relationships for consumer and small business customers. Use consultative conversations to offer deposit, credit, convenience, and retirement solutions, and refer complex needs to specialists. You’ll also be cross-trained for teller duties, support retail community bank leadership routines, maintain compliance with internal controls and risk policies, and help meet individual and branch sales targets.
