Key Responsibilities

•Weigh and fill liquid chemical materials into containers following instructions and recipes.
•Follow packing procedures, including scanning to validate materials and precision weighing with weight-assisted computer; test scales and ensure correct scales are used.
•Utilize computer systems such as Weight Assisted Computer, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and SAP.
•Use SAP to inventory containers, input total actual amount packed, confirm pack-out and scrap loss, and confirm delivery quantity matches confirmed quantity.
•Adhere to labeling protocol, print/reprint labels, select label sizes, place labels on containers, and dispose of extra or ruined labels.
•Close containers, properly crimp, and apply tamper-evidence seals.
