Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive Operational Excellence (OPEX) vision, roadmaps, and cost-out accountability for the Highland site.
  • •Provide expertise and training for Eaton Business System (EBS) tools including EBS Pull, OpA, and EBS Assessment.
  • •Lead and facilitate Business Operation System (BOS) meetings and transformation reviews to track and sustain progress.
  • •Deploy Eaton Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) and build ELSS organizational capability through local tool champions.
  • •Supervise the Maintenance team, manage productivity/records, and partner with the EHS Manager to support zero-incident safety culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of five (5) years of experience in operations and/or continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience deploying lean techniques and continuous improvement in a manufacturing and distribution environment.
  • •Experience leading Kaizens and using lean tools such as standard work, TPM, VSM, and 5S.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and supervise a technical Maintenance team.
