Key Responsibilities

•Develop the wealth proposition for investment funds and design the end-to-end sales journey for customer needs.
•Drive fund business portfolio quality, growth potential, and improve sales service quality under regulatory and internal requirements.
•Collaborate with external partners (e.g., fund houses, distribution channels) and stakeholders to maintain competitive edge.
•Work with product teams to formulate sales strategies and drive investment fund sales to achieve KPIs and OKRs.
•Lead sales initiatives including process streamlining, system enhancements, and frontline training on product features and differentiation.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
•8-10+ years experience in the sales process and planning for investment funds (or related investment areas), with 3+ years in business or commercialization at senior level preferred.
•Demonstrated track record managing product and sales journey delivery, including implementation and oversight of policy/governance and regulatory requirements.
•Result-oriented leadership with strong communication skills, including capability to lead and effect change to support regulatory updates.
•Fluency in English and Chinese; strong ownership and stakeholder servicing mindset.
