Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize weekly operational capacity planning for a third-party / super-dedicated vehicle model, focusing on last-mile delivery and coordinating with stakeholders and transport partners.
  • •Act as a focal point for each directorate to connect regional priorities with supplier negotiations to support capacity growth.
  • •Identify opportunities in each directorate and with transporters at both planning and operational alignment levels to generate actions that increase delivery capacity.
  • •Develop data-driven reports and analyses with the team to optimize last-mile logistics planning and processes.
  • •Manage partner and cross-area activities by establishing agreements, resolving conflicts, and conducting complex negotiations to improve service quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in logistics and transportation, with strong problem-solving for operational issues, capacity optimization, and data analysis.
  • •Essential skills in planning, organization, and continuous improvement.
  • •Knowledge of Google tools such as Sheets and presentations, plus AI, to support work processes.
  • •Solid experience analyzing, manipulating, and visualizing data (SQL, Tableau, PowerBI) to support strategic decisions via ETL.
  • •Availability to work in operations in the South, Southeast, or Northeast from 08:00 to 17:48, Monday through Friday.
