Job Summary

Support Denmark datacenter customers as the first point of contact for technical inquiries. Diagnose and repair HVAC/refrigeration equipment, perform preventative maintenance and inspections, and execute commissioning/on-call duties. Coordinate with project management to prioritize schedules and allocate technicians/resources, complete digital work orders and reporting, manage service stock and tools, and make frequent trips to the France (Epinal) factory to follow up on orders and ensure requirements are met.

•Serve as the first point of contact for technical inquiries for Denmark datacenter customers and attend site meetings with vendors and decision makers.
•Perform complex diagnoses, repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests at customer locations.
•Carry out commissioning and take part in planned on-call duties.
•Report hours and activities using digital work orders, inspection lists, and time sheets to the Service Department.
•Manage stock, materials, tools, and PPE in the service vehicle; coordinate weekly technician/resource allocation with the PM. Frequent trips to the France (Epinal) factory to follow up on orders.

Key Requirements

•Around 5+ years of relevant experience in refrigeration or HVAC technology, or an equivalent combination of technical school education and experience.
•F-Gas certificate and other necessary licenses.
•Several years of experience as a Field Service Representative.
•Ability to drive and work in Denmark, with flexibility across multiple locations.
•Excellent written and oral communication in English.
