Key Responsibilities

•Pilot maintenance work with internal and external stakeholders, aligned with contractual objectives and a continuous improvement approach (performance indicators, weekly follow-ups, steering committee), while applying safety rules (PTG, prevention plans).
•Ensure the condition of equipment and processes in scope (machinery fleet), improving reliability and contributing to reducing operating costs.
•Propose and implement action plans to optimize performance and reliability.
•Ensure regulatory compliance for activities and equipment, and monitor/report malfunctions while respecting contracts and applicable specifications.
•Manage provider orders and track provider activity against contractual targets (performance indicators, weekly follow-ups, steering committee, audits), and contribute to projects within scope.

Key Requirements

•Hold a BTS specialized in the mechanical field.
•Have basic knowledge in electrical areas.
•Have significant experience in managing contracts with providers.
•Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to formalize and train.
•Be available and methodical/rigorous, able to manage priorities and take initiative (English is a plus; valid driver’s license B and a personal vehicle are required to access the site).
