Key Responsibilities

•Partner with RSHQ HR, business leaders, and central Learning & Capability Development to shape and deliver a learning strategy aligned to priorities and local needs.
•Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on capability development, performance enablement, and talent growth, supporting succession planning and development opportunities.
•Lead capability assessments and gap analyses across functions, translating findings into strategic learning initiatives with measurable outcomes.
•Manage the planning and governance of the RSHQ learning portfolio and budget, ensuring resources are aligned with priorities and optimized.
•Design and deliver local learning interventions and foster a culture of self-directed learning through digital platforms and learning technologies.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 48,000 - 56,000 annually
