Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership and serve as primary point of contact for public agencies, contractors, and private-sector clients.
  • •Manage PS&E development, schematic design, transportation operations, and construction-related services for transportation infrastructure projects.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Civil Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university
  • •15+ years of relevant transportation roadway engineering experience, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager on Transportation projects (TxDOT experience recommended)
  • •Professional Engineering License in the state of Texas required
  • •Proficient experience in DOT design methods, plan preparation, standards, specifications, and budgets
  • •Proficient in OpenRoads, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office tools, and ProjectWise
