Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with foundry to drive failure analysis yield loss improvement through process optimization.
  • •Collaborate with internal DFT and test teams to bring up and optimize test flow and set up specs.
  • •Analyze ATE/WAT data to evaluate process corners and yield sensitivity, and correlate ATE tests with bench and system-level tests.
  • •Improve test coverage to screen downstream failures and drive yield roadmaps and cost analysis for continuous yield improvement.
  • •Engage wafer equipment suppliers, foundries, and test vendors to address quality/performance issues and establish manufacturing metrics for equipment and process performance.

Key Requirements

  • •MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering and/or related engineering fields.
  • •Proven experience working with CMOS/memory foundries or fabless design companies.
  • •Track record transitioning products from NPI to high-volume production through a contract manufacturing partner.
  • •Experience in advanced CMOS technology nodes 7nm and beyond.
  • •Knowledge of design for manufacturability (DFM) and analytical troubleshooting using tools such as JMP scripting, Python, or AI models for yield prediction/monitoring.
